The TTDI Grove township in Kajang, which is touted “The township that is changing the very face of Kajang” is another project embarked by Naza TTDI and successfully completed in 2015.

Making its mark in the category of high impact mixed-used development, Naza TTDI has KL Metropolis and Platinum Park in Kuala Lumpur, TTDI Sentralis in Shah Alam, and MITEC (Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre) under its expansive property portfolio.

Platinum Park, an integrated mixed commercial and residential development, is already a recognisable tripartite commercial building development along the Kuala Lumpur skyline. Located in the Mont Kiara neighbourhood, MITEC officially opened its doors by serving as the key venue of the 2017 SEA Games and Para ASEAN Games. Known as the largest exhibition centre in Malaysia, MITEC is lauded as the development that will put Malaysia on the map as a preferred MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) destination.

The 75.5-acre KL Metropolis is crafted with the ambition to emerge as the capital’s most sustainable commercial district. Encompassing multiple components such as retails space, recreational park, and offices the microcity aims will see completion in 2025.
